Rivinci acts as a central hub for all your messaging channels. Configure each channel integration once and your AI agents will be immediately operational across all chosen platforms.
Choose a Channel
Select from supported channels: Telegram and WhatsApp. Each integration is configured once from the dashboard: for Telegram you need your bot details, for WhatsApp the credentials of your Meta app.
Configure the Webhook
Rivinci automatically generates the necessary webhooks and handles authentication with channel APIs. No server configuration required: for WhatsApp, you just copy the webhook URL and verify token shown in the dashboard into Meta.
Connect an Agent
Associate one or more AI agents with the configured channel. From this moment your agent will automatically respond to incoming messages.
